Почему "Флаер"
Флаер у нас не летчик и не рекламный листок, которыми сегодня заваливают на любом рекламном мероприятии. Название сериалу - «Флаер» (Flyer) - мы придумали от фразы Take a Flyer. Фраза является американо-английской слэнговой идиомой и в переводе на русский язык означает «получи шанс на выигрыш» или «рискни».
Дух проекта «Флаер» полностью соответствует переводному смыслу фразы TAKE A FLYER: РИСКНИ, ПОЛУЧИ ШАНС НА ВЫИГРЫШ! Тебе и твоей команде достаточно иметь силы, желание, навыки и время, чтобы заявиться к нам на сериал «Флаер»! Если ты и твоя команда активны и вы кое-что эдакое умеете в городских танцах, спорте или искусстве – тогда вам прямая дорога во «Флаер»! ‘Flyer’ we do isn’t a pilot and\or a leaflet which today flooded in any promotion. The name of the Cross-Media Project, ‘Flyer’, we invented of the phrase Take a Flyer, which is an American-English idiom and means "for a chance to win" or "take a chance to win".
The spirit of the ‘Flyer’ is fully consistent with the meaning of the above mentioned phrase, TAKE A FLYER: Take your chance your chance to win! You and your team have enough strength, desire, skills and time? Then it’s time to roll up to our project "Flyer"!
